City of Novi Sad Energy Agency (AENS) was established by the City of Novi Sad to perform professional, development and regulatory affairs in the energy sector in the city of Novi Sad, Serbia. One of the priorities of AENS professional activities is to improve the conditions and measures for the rational use and saving of energy. The task of the agency is to promote and encourage the increase of energy efficiency in all sectors and the wider use of renewable energy sources and thus contributes to the sustainable development of City of Novi Sad and region.

"Veljko Milkovic Research & Development Center" Novi Sad (VEMIRC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to ecologically sustainable development, promotion and development of new products and technologies and their application in every day life. The research center VEMIRC realizes its goals in the field of energetics, mechanical engineering, ecology and other connected fields, by having for the goal of its scientific, expert and practical work scientific and expert research, development, improvement, affirmation and realization of practical application of Veljko Milkovic's scientific and research work, of his inventions, innovations, patents and other discoveries.

VEMIRC - Office of Green Architecture and Healthy Living, as part of the "Veljko Milkovic Research & Development Center" responsible for the implementation of innovations in the field of solar architecture and energy efficiency in buildings, is a team of professionals dedicated to the development and designing of self-heating settlements and ecological houses of future in order to create the built environment in harmony with nature.

Implementation of the project is carried out by AENS-VEMIRC expert teams and led by expert council.
